Arathi Basin In Under 30mins
My guild has been 15 manning AB and with the following tactic we have never lost and the battle is usually less than 30 minutes.
Start out sending 5 people to the stables, you need a paladin/shaman (for healing and AE over flag) a rogue for sap a warrior for AE fear and damage, a mage for polymorph, and a priest for sitting in the back and healing. Next send 10 people to go get the lumber mill, hit the lumber mill hard, it's your spear point for the rest of the map. After you get the lumber mill leave 5 people there and go take the farm. After that move the 5 people in the stables to the lumber mill, then move the 5 people at lumber mill to farm, then move 5 at farm to the mine. Even if you loose the resource point you lost by taking your guys out of, you will always control at least 2 nodes, and the hordes/alliance nodes should be contested.
****If you are alliance follow this strat, if you are horde switch the order in which you take the stables and farm****
Alternitive strategy:
I also rock AB in premades, and as horde, here is our strategy...
Group 1 to LM, Group 2 to BS, Group 3 to Mine, and whoever is slow grabs farm.. we usually grab these nodes quickly, push on to stable, and either win with the 4 cap, or very often get the 5 cap.
Very nice 10 minute rounds.. you just have to have skilled players to be able to pull it off.
